Fenzi has purchased the Akzo Nobel business unit dealing
with paints for coating mirrors, expanding globally.

It is known that the Fenzi Group has for three generations focused its products and technologies on the second processing of flat glass. All its products are certified according to the strictest standards; the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of these products are tested daily for durability and ageing both at the R&D laboratory in Tribiano, Italy, and at those of customers and test houses recognized worldwide. The department of sealants for insulating glass is part of the group that ranks first in terms of volumes, Fenzi producing polysulphide, butyl, hot melt and polyurethane types. Their purpose is to create insulating glass with perfect seal and limitless durability. As regards more specifically the Canada and US markets, Fenzi North America has been in operation since 2001. This Group Company deals with distribution of Fenzi products, particularly sealants, throughout North America.
