Fenzi North America Warmedge Spacer Bar ProfilesAt Fenzi North America, we carry a variety of “warmedge” spacers, in addition to the Rolltech “Stainless Steel” spacers. Classified as “Hybrid” spacers, both the Fenzi “Warmedge” and Fenzi “Thermaledge”spacers show advantages in glass site line temperatures of approximately 12% over traditional aluminum, based on independent testing performed by Enermodal Engineering Limited. The Fenzi “Warmedge” Spacer (Industrielle Mfg.), is an electrolytic tin plate steel spacer, with a plastic bridge across the top. Available in traditional white, but also black and grey colors, the spacer is easy to cut and fabricate your IG frames.
In addition, the Fenzi “Thermaledge” Spacer (Hygrade Metals) is a chrome plated steel spacer, with a plastic bridge across the top. Available in a wide range of sizes and three colors, this spacer is bendable and also very easy to fabricate your IG spacer frames.
Fenzi North America has added to its line of IG air spacers, with the “Chromatech Ultra” a Warmedge Spacer profiles, available for your IG production. This stainless steel technology combines with a polycarbonate top bridge to give your IG superior warmedge results than other “box type” spacers. Available in black, grey and white color, Chromatech Ultra is easily bendable on many aluminum benders, with some minor adjustments and will provide good workability in your IG production.
