MOLVER DESICCANT MATRIX (DM)

Molver DM is a molecular sieve- based moisture adsorbent, used in the insulating glass industry.

It is specifically designed for Intercept® Spacer System applications where the comprehensive functions of high adsorbent ability to water content as well as dependable long-term adhesion to the substrate is warranted.

  • Viscosity: 60-100
  • Adsorption Capacity: 11.7 %wt (at 25°C and 80% RH)
  • Density: 1.13 g/mL (+/- 0.03)
  • Application temperature:  220-250 °F

Store in dry and fresh room conditions. Since the product readily absorbs water, it should not be exposed to moisture prior to its use.

MOLVER MGM 01

MOLVER MGM 01 is a high-quality Zeolite 3A molecular sieve specifically designed to adsorb moisture inside the unit cavity.

MOLVER MGM 01 comes in various bead sizes to suit different applications.

A high Adsorption capacity and a low dust index make this product ideal for an IG manufacturing environment.

  • Available bead sizes: 0.5 – 1, 1.0 – 1.5, 1.5 – 2.0
  • Adsorption Capacity: 17%
  • Bulk Density: 0.75-0.85 g/ml

Store in a cool, dry room. Ensure the produce is not exposed to moisture prior to use.

MOLVER 3A/13X

MOLVER 3A/13X is a high-quality Zeolite molecular sieve specifically designed to adsorb moisture and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) inside the unit cavity.

MOLVER 3A/13X comes in various bead sizes to suit different applications.

This product is ideal for IG’s that contain Muntin Bars, Georgian Bars, and any type of painted materials that are hermetically sealed within the unit cavity.

  • Available bead sizes: 0.5 – 1, 1.0 – 1.5, 1.5 – 2.0
  • Adsorption Capacity: 20%
  • Bulk Density: 0.74 g/ml
